Snow condition

is actually non-existent. over night approx. 3cm powder, on almost no base.this is not even enough as a base for the next snowfall!!!!

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

from grassy, to stony, to icy and capped (in the area of the snow cannons), at the very top of the füssener jöchel then approx. 5-10cm, in blown-in channels and hollows.

Risks

no avalanche danger, as there is almost no snow.

after the web-cam on the füssener jöchl stopped working a few days ago and i had seen an ascent track there before, i thought that after the snowfall of the last few days, it certainly hadn't gotten any worse.
it was a mistake. in addition, the current temperature inversion (from about 1600m, in expo s and w, today t-shirt temperatures) will make it even worse in the coming days.
def. not worthwhile before the next snowfall.
i wore my skis for the last third of the descent!
you should avoid everything in the bregenzer wald, allgäu and tannheimer tal this coming weekend. it's not worth it, probably not even where there's already a lot of snow.
the star is for the great weather.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
