Snow report Tannheimer Valley, 12/04/2017
After work on the mountain
Tannheimer Valley
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
Valley 30cm / Mountain 80-100cm
Snow quality
Beautiful powder in windless areas
Risks
During the course of the day, there was about 10-15 cm of fresh snow. This snow came with wind. Above the tree line snow loads!
Overall impression
It will ! Another few centimeters of fresh snow / powder.
With an eye for the terrain and a feel for the lines, you can make some great turns. However, the real music only plays above 1300-1400 meters. Where the wind doesn't have too much influence.
