Descent to valley (to 1000 m)
Descent through forest
Blown backs
Stone Contact avoidable

Quite good from the bottom, but the back and ridges are blown free and in the entrance from the summit/ridge too little and overall not lush (see photos).

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne
Powder snow

We were heading purely north, mainly in heavy powder with some light wind cover. It was still quite nice to ski.

Risks

Old snow problem
North-West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

At the altitude we were at, it was rather relaxed, drift snow was not very thick and easy to recognize. With what has happened in the last few days and the pictures I've seen, I would avoid areas where there are warnings about old snow or at least be very defensive.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne
Equal

Despite the fact that it's been a few days since the last fresh snow and the general snow conditions are not great, we had a really good day with some nice turns.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
