Surprisingly much snow in the shady valley, so that we could start from the car. But in the mountain pine belt it was already getting tight...

The nightly radiation was not enough to solidify the snow cover sufficiently, so that the turns on the descent became a little deeper...

Overall impression
In a race with the cold front, we made the most of the last hours of sunshine. Just in time for the descent, the wind started to blow and a short time later the clouds pushed over the shielding mountain range.
