More fresh snow, tense avalanche situation

Snow condition
During the night, the next front started with the precipitation, so that by this morning another 25 cm to 30 cm had fallen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of wind again, so the snow cover is still very inhomogeneous: In sheltered areas the snow cover is quite decent, but where the wind comes in it is extremely varied and very blown off. Today, however, the line search was easier than yesterday and we got back to the car today without any external contact. Just 2 stars.
Snow quality
The snow was quite good today in sheltered areas. The choice of line clearly determined the snow quality today. Where the wind was strong and icy and where it wasn't so strong it was quite good. We got it perfect today.
Risks
The whole situation is quite scary. The drifting snow responds extremely easily (both on the descent and the ascent) and we also heard a lot of booming noises today. We were also able to observe remote releases: Even on flat terrain, you could see cracks forming around you with almost every step. We were on a moderate alpine meadow terrain up to just below 1700 m!!! On the ascent in an open area, the snow conditions changed every few meters from a little snow (open) to a lot of snow. If the terrain had been a bit steeper and there had been more snow, we would have aborted quickly. The drift snow situation is extremely tricky!!!
Overall impression
Beautiful day: tracks on the ascent from the parking lot and an untracked descent to the car. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen very often in our area. Therefore a personal extra star ;).
