Like everywhere else at the moment, really massive snow, but heavily blown out on the west side. In the summit area even with stone contact.
Snow quality
Over 1400 meters of absolutely best powder snow. Lots of it and quite compact. Still fantastic underneath, but on the one hand already somewhat rutted, on the other with (albeit rare) hard snow. Also a bit icy in the summit area due to the strong wind
Risks
Despite heavy drifting, it was possible to ski down the north-facing slopes (approx. 45°) without any problems, with only a little powder on the surface. The drifting snow of the last few days seems to have settled well

A fantastic day with the best weather and brilliant snow conditions, make sure you make the most of it!
