Snow condition

Lush snowfalls allow deep immersion in the cold powder. Unfortunately, contact with rocks and roots is still possible if you move off-piste.

Snow quality

5 von 5 Sterne

Almost 40 cm of fresh snow overnight, still nice and cold and fluffy, but not as 100% as in the last few days. Bottomless skiing possible on steeper terrain, there's just too much on the flats to be able to pick up speed.

Risks

According to the LLB, considerable - both above and below the tree line. Couldn't make any observations myself, relatively much sluff in the steep forest (unusual in these parts), but there was also blasting in many places during the morning. So the 3 was certainly not unfounded.

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne

Despite a few bumps and dents in the base and edge (mainly due to traverses in the forest) - the best day of skiing this season. Survive the upcoming warm-up and then get back into the fight with a base :)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
