Not much snow in the ski area, so not many slopes are open. In my opinion, still too little for touring, but this should improve significantly from Tuesday.
Snow quality
What little snow there is is actually quite good. Both on and off the piste. In the afternoon, it did get a bit heavy due to the heat.
Risks
Still unproblematic at the moment, although the wind has already worked hard today and the known cornices will have grown quite a bit today.
Overall impression
Relaxing day on the Feldberg with surprisingly few people. A foundation is now in place, now more can come on top so that the fun in the Black Forest can finally begin.....
