In the last few days there has always been light but unproductive snowfall. Cosmetically, it's also white right down to the bottom, but the situation hasn't changed for ski touring, with a sensible start possible from 800m.
Snow quality
Better quality again today. The old snow is bound and the top 10-15cm is nice and powdery.
Risks
We did not make any observations on our tour, but cornice breakage and falls are beginning to look like the main danger.
Overall impression
The sun came out again today and the unproductive snowfalls of the last few days ended for the time being. The after work tour took us up from Stollenbach today. Due to the crowds and the closed lift, there is a parking service at Stollenbach, donations are requested :)
