There has been a lot of snow again in the last few days, with descents possible up to 400/500m. However, you have to watch out for ridges, some of which are only lightly snow-covered, and their pitfalls. It's crazy what the wind has transported and the warm spell last week has taken the base up to high altitudes.

The cold weather provided some nice power, but the wind wasn't idle either. But where the wind didn't reach, there was between 20 and 40 cm of powder.

Risks

The wind has caused a lot of drift snow. However, it made a well-bonded impression and we couldn't detect any slipping or anything similar.

Spontaneously took the day off, which was definitely worth it today :) Despite it being a normal weekday, there were a few others out and about, but no powder stress today.
Now the development after Wednesday will be exciting, let's hope the warm spell stays within limits and the massive precipitation comes up in solid form.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
