A disaster compared to the last few weeks. But you can still find a few routes that you can walk and ski without touching stones. However, this refers to the peaks around the Feldberg. The Belchen doesn't really work anymore and was therefore left out.
Snow quality
You have to wait long enough and then you have beautiful firn. If you wait too long, you get slush.
Risks
The willows hang where they always hang and bask in the sun.
Overall impression
Three stars because today I was out and about with the best company there is. Because the sun was out and because I finally got further than just the Belchen.
Otherwise, the location up there is a horror for winter lovers.
