Snow condition
Much better than expected. Start at approx. 1000 meters with approx. 40 cm of beautiful fresh snow (which, however, lies directly on the meadow). At least here there is nothing left of the good base. Further up, there is not much more fresh snow, but you can see here and there that there is still a bit of base left over from February.
Snow quality
OMG it's so fluffy. Nice cold fresh snow from the bottom. Towards the evening it got warmer, but it stayed below 0 degrees and so the next few days will certainly be fun.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Due to the poor footing and the thick fog, I stayed on the "slope". The danger here, if any, comes from cross-country streams. These are sometimes not so easy to see when driving wildly.
Overall impression
That was important for the soul. After weeks of deprivation, finally a little hope in these gloomy times. The possibilities are currently limited to altitudes above 1000 meters, but thanks to the fresh snow of the last few days, you can have fun here. It should stay like this for a while or get even better.
