Snow report Upper Black Forest, 11/21/2015
Finally, finally, finally the time has come. Until 3 days ago, the program included brilliant enduro (bike) tours in summery conditions. The trip on Sunday morning with the PowderLatten was all the more exciting! All the ski lifts are still closed

Snow condition
It snowed down to 400 meters. At approx. 1200m (Belchen region) 25cm of decent powder snow could be skied (without a base). On meadow mats but doable without ground contact. The flakes came down with hardly any wind. Let's hope it stays cold and there's more to come.
Snow quality
Loose powder snow. Below approx. 1000, the snow cover was no longer ideal and the snow was too wet.
Risks
Too little snow on steep slopes.
Overall impression
A surprisingly nice excursion, given the young winter.
