Very good for northern Black Forest conditions. Still very little in Freudenstadt, with every bend to the Hornisgrinde more up to a good meter in total.

Fluffy, not blown away and cold. That's how we like it.
Risks
Lots of forest, little steep terrain. Therefore rather low risk in the northern Black Forest. Steep eastern slopes are not accessible anyway due to nature conservation.
Overall impression
Checking out the situation in the northern Black Forest. There's enough snow from 800 m upwards, the quality is still great, but unfortunately I'm still missing a few inspirations for good tours. Does anyone have any useful suggestions for the northern Black Forest?
