Compact old snow, better than broken perch, therefore 2 stars.

Too little snow for avalanches, let alone being buried.
Overall impression
You don't need to go skiing anymore. For a corona-compliant Sunday walk with skis, mulled wine (non-alcoholic, of course) and a view of the Alps, it was ok.
