Snow condition
Poor from Höfner Hütte to Hinterwaldkopf. Simply not enough for the stony field. The ascent went well, the descent on the north side below Roteck was briefly fun, but otherwise characterized by cautious behaviour. Stone contact was unavoidable, but not too bad...

Little, but great. Very fluffy, light and fart-dry.
Risks
Even if there was a snow layer and gradient suitable for snowboards...this snow is there without wind and without binding...
Overall impression
Top evening atmosphere at Hinterwaldkopf. A nice short end to Christmas with very little company. On the descent I was all alone on the mountain. Shortly before sunset in the expo with the sky already great...
Now the weather is still good for us...but with a slight rise in temperature at the top we can certainly expect a good week!
