Snow condition
Above approx. 2000 - 2200 m top. All variants can be skied well here. Especially in the deeper forest, however, there would still need to be some snow for carefree skiing, but there are no really worthwhile descents there anyway.
Snow quality
Over the last 2 days and nights it has probably snowed 30 - 50 cm (with little wind below about 2600 m, further up a little more west and northwest wind). The tracks, especially from yesterday, are unfortunately often noticeable, which means that the snow cover is not really homogeneous and the pure powder enjoyment doesn't really come up.
Risks
According to the LLB a 3. Various small spontaneous slides occurred yesterday during the day or overnight, and avalanche blasting this morning also triggered some small snow slabs (but sometimes absolutely nothing). Above about 2600 m, some drift snow accumulations have also formed, especially in the eastern exposure. Further down, the avalanche situation still seems to be a bit more relaxed, absolutely nothing has slid here.
Overall impression
Good, relaxed freeride day without much 'competition' on the mountain. There was more than enough fresh snow, the base was also suitable, unfortunately it wasn't pure powder fun with the rather variable fresh snow.
