Still powder until far down. Not quite enough to get to the parking lot in Le Chable. The postbox indicator at 1400 says at least 20cm fresh. At the top there is at least 30cm in the relevant routes on the soft, sometimes crusty old snow. During the course of the day, however, this rain crust dissolved and it was pure pleasure powder.

Finest popper powder. Easy to ride, not bottomless therefore relatively fast.

Risks

On the south side, the ridges are blown off and the uppermost north-facing slopes are somewhat tense. A spontaneous solution is recognizable in the ski area, but rather small. We avoided the steepest north-facing slopes in the forest. Not everyone can do them, as cool as they looked.

First hospital, then binding departure and then some of the most beautiful treelines in Switzerland. A bomber day, even if it was only half a day.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
