Arolla - da wo es nicht regnet. Liegt ja alles wir über 2000. Zwar waren die letzten Schneefälle weniger ergiebig als angekündigt aber es ist ein zählbarer Powdertag.

There's already real snow up there at altitude. The handbrake is still in the penultimate notch on the blown-out slopes. There are still one or two stones that want to get at the surface.
Snow quality
Good throughout. Some old tracks are a little crusty.
Risks
Young boys are booming from 2500 onwards, and there are also numerous long-distance releases in areas with a little too much snow. Often already in less steep, open, wind-loaded slopes.
Overall impression
It's nice when fresh snow feels like fresh snow and you know that the rain won't get a chance to mess it up.
