Snow condition
30cm to 40cm fresh from the middle station at 1800m. It looks good there too and you don't really get any stones. Only cosmetic amounts in the village. Descent only possible on foot.

It was still very powdery on the north side, everywhere the sun shone it was very heavy. Creamy in the forest It felt like an April day... It was nothing for tired legs.
Risks
From the couloirs it rumbled quite a bit due to blasting and self-triggering? and the cruising slopes were washed over. The minigolf lines allowed one or two laps, then they were also through. Apart from that, the binding to the old snow cover was quite good.
Overall impression
Tired legs after 2 weeks and then this heat and therefore quite heavy snow, phew, hard work today. Still a nice day in beautiful Valais. Let's hope that Ullr brings supplies and some cold temperatures...
