Nice start to the season with some powder

Overall impression
Snow condition
Realistically one star. The descent to Ruinettes was closed, but passable. A few stones still got through. Off the beaten track, in sheltered locations, there is still a bit of room, but of course you have to reckon with stone contact.
Snow quality
Pretty powdery in the morning. The 25cm from yesterday was nice to ski on and off the slopes. Later on, the snow got a bit heavier.
Risks
In the ski area, you probably have to worry even more about stones. There was wind at high altitudes yesterday and it's worth taking care in the touring terrain, even if there isn't much snow overall.
Overall impression
Sun and some usable powder in the morning - a good start to the season.
