Snow condition
The snow conditions are below average. It was still possible to ski down into the valley on forest paths. On the north side, the forest was free of snow up to around 1600.
Snow quality
The snow quality was better than expected. From the finest powder (north and east; over 2600) to hard, everything was there. On the sunny side, you can already find beautiful firn.
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: low
Above: 2500 m
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
The drift snow problem is still present and visible.
Overall impression
We had a great tour today in very good conditions. There is firn on the sunny side and powder can still be found at higher altitudes.
