Snow report Warth / Schröcken, 02/27/2014
Nach etwas Neuschnee unverändert mittelmäßige Verhältnisse

Overall impression
Snow condition
There is a continuous but sparse base that does not cover everything. Exposed ridges and crests are free of snow due to the wind.
Snow quality
There is fluffy powder in the northern exposures. On the exposures facing the sun (SE-S-SW), the sunlight is quite strong and the snow is hard to boggy, depending on the time of day.
Risks
The LLB gives a good picture of the situation. During the course of the day, more and more surface slides can be seen on the southern slopes, with the moist layer of fresh snow sliding off.
Overall impression
The terrain is very snow-covered after the little snowfall in February. With a bit of luck and knowledge of the area, you can still find a few good descents. In general, increased caution is always advised against stone contact
