Snow report Warth / Schröcken, 03/21/2015

10-15cm frischer Pulver - nachdem es gestern nur geregnet hatte, war das heute eine wahre Freude, aber Achtung.

All is still well in Warth. Things are still looking very good on the north side. The slopes below the Widderstein are now thawing - but that shouldn't bother most of us. There is more interesting terrain.

Quite a bit of wind today. In the north, where the shade preserved the snow until the afternoon, the snow was still light and easy to ski. Where the sun comes in, it's clearly settled and heavier.

Risks

Watch out. Even if it's only a 2, there is a lot of potential danger. The wind was quite active today and has shifted a lot. You should be particularly careful on north-facing slopes in 30°+ terrain. Something can go off there.

Today was a day of permanent grins. Chapeau! Please repeat - this season.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
