Change from bike to board at 1200m, thanks to the forest road. Sensible in open terrain from 1400m. Two stars only for eastern exposures, where snow has blown in, and flat terrain. Still better to use the stone board.

Excellent breakage harsh! Serious. 1-2mm ice crust, compact powder underneath. Rides fast and with good rebound, plus it makes a nice sound when riding.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Fences, stones, botany etc. There are also a few sliding snow avalanches. The ice crust could become an issue during the next snowfalls.
Overall impression
It's quite a lot of effort at the moment and only a few meters of descent. But the day was beautiful and the snow was ok. Let's hope there's enough for a base all the way down at the weekend.
