In the valley at 800m only a few cm, at the Riedbergpass there was almost 25cm of fresh snow, over the day today another 5cm. On N, E meadows above 1400m you can ski quite carefree now, but sometimes you can still get through to the base. Two pictures show the conditions yesterday in Grasgehren, one picture of the Wildenfeldscharte, where a decent avalanche has already occurred, unfortunately difficult to recognize. You can see that there is only a very irregular base upwind. Local knowledge is an advantage. Video Grasgeehren today. From Sunday, which will also start with a fairly high snow line, we should get at least 50cm by Tuesday evening. Conditions should then be good above 1000m and in line with the long-term average.
