Snow condition
In the Griesner cirque, you can already carry classic skis into the cirque above the tree line. In normal years, this is only necessary well after Easter. The notches at the top are also becoming increasingly narrow, the falses are coming out again. Overall, above 1500 m but still usable snow conditions
Snow quality
The second star for the fast groomed sulz in the middle section, which was easy to shoot. Otherwise - even at the very top - often somewhere between still cardboard and already rotten snow. Slowly.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
Over the course of the day, some impressive medium-sized wet snow avalanches have come down from the steep slopes. Everything was already soft in the morning - it hadn't frozen over. Nevertheless, the routes seemed quite safe.
Overall impression
Third star for the crew and the coffee & cake break on the Pflaum :) Kaiser is still going, but expect end of May conditions

Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
