Snow condition

Very good snow conditions with sufficient base in the wind-protected area. Some of the snow has fallen without the influence of wind and is very light and dry. Areas affected by the wind are partly blown away and covered with 5-10 cm of powder. Sunny areas contain a light layer of harsh snow from Tuesday, but this is not disturbing.

Areas that can be reached by lift are completely rutted and not really profitable. (1star)Lift-supported tours with half an hour of hiking are the best choice to be undisturbed and put your turns into the powder.(3stars)

Risks

The subsidence is progressing noticeably. Some small spontaneous slides are visible in the steep terrain. Otherwise, we tended to choose the flatter terrain and took a defensive approach, avoiding steep north-facing slopes.

Not bad for one day. Really good for touring. Don't forget the skins. 2-3 stars

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
