Snow condition
Very bad on the south side below 1200m. Blown off and gummy at high altitudes. In the forest, the undergrowth is already peeking out and just waiting for your edges. Otherwise quite a good base for the snowfall starting today. 50cm in the forecast for the next 2 days is promising.
Snow quality
Hardened and pressed. Every now and then a few good lenses on the north side with 10cm of powder on top. Not really worthwhile for half a day. A lot of searching also makes you tired.
Risks
Hard-soft-hard does not really make the setup for the snowfall for the next few days optimal. The strong wind that will be added to this will make the scale rise. A defensive choice of routes/lines will certainly be an advantage tomorrow.
