Snow condition
On the west side, below 1300 m it gets more than thin for off-piste activities. Today we were out and about with a little lift support in the altitude range from approx. 1400 m to a maximum of approx. 2400 m. We covered most of the altitude in the north-east sector. Even around 2000 m, the snow conditions are quite poor and you always have to reckon with stone contact. In this area there is about 50 cm of snow (on the shaded side, rather sheltered from the wind). Terrain activities are possible, but you should choose your line well and ski defensively. Still enough for 2 stars.
Snow quality
We had almost all types of snow today: settled powder (on the shaded side and protected from the wind), hard-packed sections and crushed snow. On the sunny side, the cover was 1 cm to 2 cm thick in the morning, underneath it was softer, i.e. there was no firn yet. Active skiing is necessary.
Risks
Quite relaxed today. Sliding snow slides were only visible from steep grass mats. LWS 1 is correct. In shady terrain, a build-up transformation occurs in places. Should be kept in mind for the next snowfall.
Overall impression
A great day out in perfect weather, but unfortunately the snow conditions and quality didn't necessarily play along.
