Exposition
Snow condition
Freeriding was only possible on one side of the mountain, as the base was only there. 20-30 cm of fresh help enormously but still some enemy contact
Snow quality
Good pow, powdery for some faceshoots
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: medium
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Fresh snow can be dissolved as sluff, poorly bonded. Drift snow.
Overall impression
Finally pow after a long time. 3 stars with a tendency towards 4. The dialectic to today: good skiing on slopes closer to the valley with contrast and some visibility, but too little visibility for the big runs. Finally used the fat skis - but also caught a fat scratch. Lots of freeriders who reliably track large areas, good for avalanche problems, less ideal for first track friends.
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
