Snow condition
Lots of fresh snow on a poor base. Almost everything was fine in the forest today, but a lot of vegetables also came through. After tomorrow that should be it again on the sunny side. It was an (early) winter feeling for April, but the handbrake was always slightly on with lots of open holes. it continued to flake all day.
Snow quality
Top powdery at the top and quick to ride on a wet surface, then quickly becoming heavier at the bottom as temperatures rise. Sticky slopes.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Relaxed in the ski area and forest, no observations above or outside without visibility. Increasing binding throughout the day should be kept in mind tomorrow.
Overall impression
Fine day in the area with a bunch of like-minded people (average ski width today >115 🤣). Forest well plowed, variants above the tree line also close to the piste still untracked for tomorrow, as unfortunately there was zero visibility today.
