Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne

Good snow conditions if you choose the right route, but you should also expect to come into contact with rocks when you leave the terrain on the glacier.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

Most of the fresh snow is already gone. Some good descents to be found, but then you have to reckon with stone contact. Nevertheless, there are good slopes to be found with broken but soft fresh snow.

Risks

Partly critical conditions on south-facing slopes due to the rise in temperature in the afternoon. Surface snow drifts clearly visible. Small avalanches can be observed due to heavy surface snow

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne

Good day, with appropriate route selection. No valley descent possible. Individual turns on the descents pure enjoyment. Then route choice again after stone contact. The slopes partly rutted or marked by stones. Nevertheless, great weather and good runs for October!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
