In the basin of Hochfügen and on the descents down to the Pfundsalmen there is enough snow for off-piste skiing. Everything is skiable, but you have to be careful in rocky areas or on crests, otherwise you'll crash.
Snow quality
20 cm of the finest powder at -12°C. In the afternoon, the sunny slopes got a little melt cover despite the cold temperatures.
Risks
Generally quite favorable conditions.
Overall impression
A dream day in Hochfügen... sun, cold powder, not much going on and still first lines down to the Pfundsalmen. Surprisingly much snow in the region, but of course the base is still missing so that you can get through here and there.
