Thanks to the strong NW current, an unexpected 40cm fell on a good base at 2000m yesterday. The snowfall went all the way down.
Snow quality
Very good on the north side in the forest, even above the tree line mostly loose with little wind influence. However, the warm front and the sun had already caused heavy snow on southern slopes by midday.
Risks
Fortunately, the feared rainfall up to 2000m after the snowfall did not materialize and the wind was not as strong as feared. I didn't observe any spontaneous avalanches.
Overall impression
Beautiful day, unfortunately everything tracks quickly in the ski area, you should switch to the skins.
