it's getting slower, even if it's still below average. halfway reasonable descents in the forest are possible up to around 1600-1700, if the forest isn't too dense.
Snow quality
strong winds blew during the night -> wind harsh. however, good snow can already be found. below about 2200m nice settled powder. on the south side a melting harsh cover has formed.
Risks
rather unfavorable snowpack structure and on top of that wind. a three is issued, it will fit, the main danger is the wind loads.
Overall impression
wonderful weather and sometimes even beautiful snow with now acceptable snow conditions makes three stars.
