Snow condition
Still very good snow conditions, even if it is no longer continuous below 1400m. Steep south-facing slope sections are snowed out here. The snowfall since Friday has brought about 20cm of fresh snow.
Snow quality
Above 2100m still powdery snow on the south side. Some of it is a bit more compact because relatively little (20cm) fresh snow has fallen here with wind over a longer period (3-4 days). Good snow on the north side even further down.
Risks
During the snowfalls of the last few days, the wind was always present, so watch out for drifts. Due to the light snowfall of the last few days, several layers have probably formed within the layer of fresh snow.
Overall impression
Still a lot of snow for the time of year, stable and cold weather forecast for the next few days, fresh snow covering the old tracks and hard tops: if you have time, you can pick up a few things here in the next few days.
