Well, it doesn't get any better. Fortunately, thanks to the starting point at 2000m, the carrying passage was limited.
Snow quality
Not bad at all. Set powder in steep north-facing areas and firn further down in sunnier areas. Of course, there was also the obligatory slush.
Risks
All in all, great conditions. However, I would still avoid freshly blown-in and steep sections.
Overall impression
Today we encountered really great conditions for this tour and were able to ski down the ascent again, which is probably not possible so easily every year.
