artificial snow bands are now as much a part of december as headaches are part of mulled wine and camper convoys are part of the christmas market. there's nothing off the beaten track.

the few open pistes are well groomed and have good grip but are narrow.

no avalanches without snow.

nice weather and good slopes and few people, hence the second star.
