With the last snowfall yesterday, good snow conditions here too. According to the measuring fields, slightly above average for the time of year at 2000m. Skiing in the forest possible without problems. Due to the strong wind, certain slopes along wind corridors have blown off.

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne

In the forest loose and deep, just above the tree line soft but strongly influenced by wind. Approx. 30cm of fresh snow.

Risks

We are not far above the tree line. The strong winds make it problematic, and the drifts and relatively large amount of snow should make us cautious. However, we have not observed any booming noises or spontaneous departures.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Nice day for treeskiing, good snow conditions are fun. Due to the strong wind, the snow wasn't quite perfect and it could have been a bit more.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
