Very good foundation, easy to ride down to the valley without any problems.
Snow quality
At altitudes above 1800m, very loose and dry cover, approx. 10cm new, on a set base. A little heavier underneath, but still really passable.
Risks
No new chutes or similar have been sighted, the base looks stable, but I haven't dug any snow profiles either.
Overall impression
Weather better than expected, snow better than hoped for, one of the very good days of the season.
