The Alpspitz area did not open due to the avalanche situation. Down on the local mountain, the snow was very wet. It continued to snow at plus temperatures and we often had to stop to wipe the wet snow off our goggles. In the upper Hausberg area, the snow was great. However, it was still scarce in the forest. There was no shortage of stone and wood contact. I still ski with stone skis...
