The fresh snow fell in quite high temperatures and windy conditions. So unfortunately not quite so loose...
Risks
Personally, I would have rated the avalanche situation higher (here a 2). A spontaneous avalanche came out of the rocks. However, it was difficult to get an overview due to the poor visibility.
Overall impression
30 cm of fresh snow is always good. Unfortunately, in Garmisch this also means waiting, waiting, waiting. Officially, it means waiting for approval from the avalanche commission. But it was actually about grooming the slopes. The Bernadainlift didn't open until 11:30 am.
Unfortunately, there was no visibility, so orientation in the terrain was difficult and I wasn't entirely comfortable with the avalanche situation.
