Overall impression
Snow condition
Not enough up to 1100m, even on the ascent, despite Nord Expo today. There 10cm, from about 1300m 20cm of fresh snow. Massive shark danger in the windy ridge area, but also other nasty rocks covered in snow. We were lucky.
Snow quality
Fine dusty pow. Largely unbound. More would be fine, but hey...
Risks
2s. We spotted a loose snow slide in the terrain around 40 degrees. Everything else seemed safe today.
Overall impression
Nice. We were on time, two good descents, it was dusty in the cirque. Relaxed people along the way and not too many of them. Rarely have I heard so many cheers of joy, real powder porn.
