Currently good on the route, everything is safe to ski. There is little snow next to the piste down to the Ehrwalder Almbahn for off-piste skiing.

Yesterday morning great in all exposures. Wetter on the sunny side as the day progressed, and today mostly with a cap (e.g. from Hölle to Grünsteinscharte). But today we also skied a south-east slope between 1700 and 1900m which only rarely had a cover. Powder was mostly lightly set, with a slight wind cover and easy to ski. From the Grünsteinscharte down to the Coburger Hütte it was bottomless in places and with a cap, difficult to ski. There were also individual sections of the slope with light, unblown 30 cm of powder snow that runs fast and is great for jumping

Risks

Yesterday, lots of small loose snow slides from steep, rocky terrain on the sunny side. On the shady side, the surface came along on slope sections with around 40 degrees. We saw fewer drift snow packs than we had feared after the wind yesterday. According to the wind and the LWD, it certainly looks more critical in other places.

Very nice tour, especially rewarding due to the many variations. There were certainly 50 people on the standard route yesterday alone. There is still / again no wood at the Coburger Hütte.
