Altitude

Avalanche warning level

moderate (2)

Exposition

North North-Eas

Snow condition

3 von 5 Sterne
30 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1000 m)

Decent for the time of year, absolutely sufficient. From around 1400m it even goes next to the piste. Would say a little less fresh snow here than yesterday in the Tannheimer Tal.

Snow quality

Wet snow

Not a good turn at this low altitude. Feels like skiing on chewing gum, only possible with a lot of back pressure and sometimes you have to push downhill :D Two stars as it's certainly a bit better further up.

Risks

Diurnal warming
South

Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)

In the direction of Hönig there are many sliding snow chutes and large cornices.

Movement therapy and scouting out conditions for the weekend. OK for that, but not really worthwhile in terms of skiing. The tour is currently better from Berwang, where the Pistenbully drove once.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
