You have to carry about 300 meters. Then unbuckle a few more times. A shortcut through the Knappensteig is not necessarily an advantage, there is still snow in the forest. From the Bremstatt-Kopf down you also have to carry again. Good snow conditions on the Wannig itself.

It firns up well, you can't complain about that. Always good after a clear night.
Risks
Ascending in the course of the day. In the slope that is traversed, at the foot of the glove tips, a wet snow slab has fallen in the last few days.
