Ski tour in the Lechtal mountains (1200-2300m, north/northeast) - spring powder!

Snow condition
At the starting point at just over 1200m, there was about 10 cm of fresh snow on unfrozen ground, of which there will probably be nothing left soon. After about 15 minutes of carrying, we could strap on our skis, with a continuous base from about 1400m. Towards the top, the base and fresh snow increased steadily, and at the top there was about 30-40 cm of fresh snow on a good base.
Snow quality
Very nice, settled powder in the upper half, surprisingly hardly influenced by the wind - very nice to ski! In the lower section, it was quite heavy and sticky by midday on our descent. What also significantly reduced the downhill fun in the lower third were the frozen avalanche boulders, which were only poorly covered by fresh snow.
Risks
LWD Tirol reported level two for Außerfern below 2500m. The snow cover appeared to be well settled and there was hardly any wind influence to be seen.
Overall impression
Very nice day with some nice powder slopes in the upper area! It's cool that you can still do tours at such low altitudes at the end of April - and in powder! We also had the whole tour to ourselves and the weather and visibility conditions were pretty good.
