Bad. Off-piste is absolutely not worthwhile, even with stone skis, as it would only ever be a few meters. Some people try anyway. Schneefernerkopf has been done. From there via Schneeferner to Sonnalpin is the only thing that makes halfway sense.
Snow quality
Natural snow from last winter thanks to snow farming. Good slopes until midday. Where there is snow away from the pistes, it is still powdery in the northern expos

First and perhaps last day in the ski resort. To get back in ok. Bonus star for the top weather
