Arc'teryx Freeride Academy
In the freeride hotspot of St. Anton am Arlberg, the Arc'teryx Freeride Academy invites the ski and snowboard community to take their skills to the next level, alongside world-famous athletes and professional guides, for the fifth time from February 5 to 8, 2026. The full course program is now online, and tickets are available now.
This year, the Arc'teryx Freeride Academy is expanding its offering to over 500 course places, with a stronger focus on advanced courses and women-only programmes for all levels and disciplines. First-class athletes and experienced guides from the fields of skiing, snowboarding, splitboarding, ski touring, avalanche safety, and outdoor photography lead the courses. This makes the Arc'teryx Academies one of the world's leading events in the field of mountain sports training and offers a varied program for all levels of experience.
One highlight is the Signature Courses run by athletes Elena Hight (snowboard), Max Kroneck (ski), Johannes Hoffmann (ski), Sebi Mall (ski), and Severin Van der Meer (snowboard).
From the mountain directly to the Freeride Village
In the heart of St. Anton, the Freeride Village will be the vibrant meeting point of the Arc'teryx Freeride Academy - a place where participants, athletes, guides, partners, and locals can come together, exchange ideas, and inspire each other.
The latest Arc'teryx equipment is available for testing in the Gear Library, while the ReBIRD Repair & Care Centre offers the opportunity to repair products and provides information on the long-lasting use of high-quality equipment. There will also be stands from partners (GORE-TEX, Jones, RECCO, Atomic, Yeti, Giro) with test and hire equipment, a ski service, and a lounge with catering, live music, and DJs. Once again this year, two Arc'teryx film premieres will take place, which will be presented by the protagonists and athletes.
Visiting the Freeride Village and all associated community events is free and open to everyone. Testing new equipment (while stocks last) and using repair services is also free of charge.
You can find more information about the individual programme content and opening times in the Freeride Village here.
The topic-specific clinics in small groups can be booked for a fee. They are also clearly presented in the PowderGuide event calendar.
